1. Install Docking driver by setup, UI will pop up message”TODO:<File description> has stopped working”.
2. Install WHQL driver to host,plug in the SMI device,SMI screen will lit,install and uninstall Docking driver by setup, open the device Manager,SMI devices have exclamation marks.
3. Plug in SMI device,SMI monitor will lit,do USB PNP,the SMI device can’t be identified,SMI U-disk can recognize, Double click the U-disk instantview app,the APPUI will flash and disappear.
4. Plug in SMI device,SMI monitor will lit,click”keep display ratio”,change main screen’s resolution(1280*600),the SMI screen shows tearing line.

1. Log in to the system using the new user created(admin or standard),plug in USB device,the log file can't be updated.
2. Open the APP,press the "ESC" key on the keyboard,the APP will exit.
3. Use AMD RX460 graphics card,install docking driver by instantView,Pop-up dialog”请安装显卡驱动程序”
4. Install docking driver by instantView,open the app and uninstall the docking driver, Pop-up dialog and Font abnormal.
5. Do APP Online update,if the network is slow,APP can’t be updated successfully.
