We are looking for an experienced, Director level Sales Account Manager/Executive to join our US Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients'needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Responsible for the overall management of major accounts.
Driver business growth by developing new businesses and supporting existing businesses while meeting/exceeding account sales goals.
Coordinate tactical activities include forecasting, B+B management, RMA, meeting coordination, contracts.
Determine and negotiate pricing.
Coordinate internal resources to support customers and achieve goals.
Know about the customer (business, product line, etc…) and develop relationships across functional units and levels.
Intelligence gathering about the customer and competitive landscape within the customer.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill job function or as assigned.
Proven sales/account management experience and success managing major accounts in a multi-national major semiconductor company
Experience with memory market and/or memory companies (i.e., Micron, WD, Samsung, SK Hynix, Kioxia) strongly desired
Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively, independently, and harmoniously with a team
Degree in BS Engineering, and 10+ years of relevant sales/account management experience
Aptitude to independently promote product solutions to C-level suite and technical stakeholders at defined customer accounts
Chinese Mandarin: Strongly desired
