YR Kim

Mr. Kim became our Vice President of Korea Sales & Operations and Strategic NAND Procurement in July 2026, after serving as Vice President of Korea Sales and Operations since June 2020. Mr. Kim has over 30 years of semiconductor industry experience including engineering, application engineering, sales and marketing. Prior to Silicon Motion, Mr. Kim served at Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix and Marvell in sales and marketing, as well as engineering leadership roles relating to SSD controllers and NAND flash. Mr. Kim holds a BS degree in Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul Korea.
